Your Mental Health Matters to Cranleigh RFC!

CLUB

Cranleigh RFC senior coaching team and club committee have been on a Mental Health training course with Mindset Sport to help set out a framework of how Cranleigh RFC can improve Mental Health for it members and the wider community. Plus how we can help recognise the signs of mental health within our club members, friends and teammates.

Cranleigh RFC is committed to breaking down the stigma around mental health and for Cranleigh RFC to be a sanctuary for anyone who has a mental health problem. With this in mind, Cranleigh RFC will be setting a budget for mental health and we will be running courses over the coming weeks and months for the whole club from our mini and youth through to our senior team and our vice presidents because no one is exempt from mental health.

If you need help in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact your teammates, friends and family or your family doctor. But if you need extra support, please use the useful contact numbers and email below.
