1) I would like to join Cranleigh RFC. I understand that, whilst great care is taken to maintain the highest standards of health and safety during coaching sessions & matches and within the Club facilities, Cranleigh RFC or any of its members can accept no liability for any loss of property, accidents or injuries, of or to Cranleigh RFC Members, howsoever caused. I understand that the Cranleigh RFC has insurance cover under the R.F.U. Scheme for the club & its members for claims arising from accidents causing disability or death. However, it is recommended by Cranleigh RFC that additional individual accident cover be obtained.
I declare that the information on this form is correct & agree that the above-named player & his will be bound by the Cranleigh RFC Codes of Conduct at www.cranleighrugbyclub.co.uk/dowloads
For insurance reasons, fees must be paid before a player may play on a Vice President Membership
I give my consent to the taking and publication of photographic images, taken by persons appointed by Cranleigh RFC for publicity/coaching purposes (including publication on the club website, local newspapers, social media, etc) unless I have provided a separate letter of objection to Cranleigh RFC’s Safeguarding Officer at cranleighrfcsafeguarding@gmail.com
I understand that I am responsible for keeping my personal data up to date on the Cranleigh RFC website.
The Club reserves the right to change these Terms (for example, to make changes to the renewal process or to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements), and shall endeavour to publicise such changes on its website or communicate such changes to Members by email.
Cancellation Policy:

1) If you wish to cancel your membership, please write to: Senior Membership, Cranleigh RFC, Wildwood Lane, Cranleigh, Surrey, GU6 8JR or email: crfc-vicechairman@outlook.com within 3 weeks of signing up for a full refund. After the three-week period, the refund will be at the discretion of the Cranleigh Rugby Club Executive Committee.

2) All memberships will expire on the last day of each month if payment is taken within that month.

3) I agree that I will not be eligible for any Cranleigh RFC memberships benefits once my membership has lapsed or been cancelled.
